Insurance information

The State of Hawaii is a direct access state, which means you are no longer required to seek physician approval to receive physical therapy treatment. However, if you are a U.S. citizen and would like your physical therapy covered by your health insurance, you are required to obtain a prescription from your doctor. If you need your care followed by a local physician, the staff at Bodies in Motion would be happy to recommend many of the excellent Hawaii-based providers.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, please call us and we will make the appropriate arrangements based on your diagnosis and plan of care.

Your insurance card is required if you would like us to bill on your behalf. We will gladly call your insurance company to verify your coverage.
